Together with the business users, you identify the business processes, optimize them and implement them in our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics D365 for Operations.
You make functional design documents for the identified gaps, communicates with the developers and performs functional testing
You give training and support to our internal ERP users and the internal ERP support team.

Competences & Profile:
Higher education (Master or Bachelor) in an economical or ICT discipline or equivalent Experience: Preferably a few years experience as functional analyst in Dynamics AX2009, AX2012 and/or D365
Skills:

• Languages: Good knowledge in writing, speaking and reading English and Dutch. French and Spanish is a plus
• Analyze and decompose complex requirements
• Business process understanding

• Working knowledge of data and process modeling
• Analytical and investigation skills
• Ability to understand the bigger picture
• Windows and MS-Office application
