What are your responsabilities?

• On short term, you are helping with setting up MES & M3 in the factories and with logisitics projects
• On long term, you are responsible for strategic planning with a good balance between factories
• You are responsible for optimizing flows of goods with suppliers, production, warehouses, inter companies
• You are coordinating teams of demand planning, supply planning and material planning
• You are assuring a good communication of all relevant information
• You are analyzing & reporting on KPI’s: you are always seeking to optimize forecast accuracy by improving forecasting
• You are facilitating meetings between departments & factories
• You travel between Boulogne-sur-Mer and Bruges (50/50)
• You love continuous improvement
• You are reporting to the Industrial Director and you are managing an international team
• You are inspired by our values: passion, change, trust and share

Competencies:

• You are a passionate planner & a project worker
• You have a good knowledge of production flows
• You have experience with ERP systems (knowledge of M3 is a plus)
• You speak fluently French, Dutch, English
• You are a strategic thinker, but you are also hands on & problem solving
• You are an influencer
