Mission and Context
- Processes the organization's human resource information using the most efficient and cost-effective computer systems and applications
- Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains information systems in support of human resource administration and projects
- Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements

Reports to: HR Information Systems Program Manager , based in Belgium
Roles and Responsibilities
HR IS – SuccessFactors Platform
- Support the delivery of HR System strategy to include maintenance, support, process and quality management.
- Contribute to discussions on future systems strategy, evaluate existing systems/other products as necessary and make recommendations.
- Maintain and develop the HRIS with the support of external implementation partner
- Contribute to, develop and maintain systems and permissions architecture.
- Carry out system administration activities – e.g. system maintenance, system testing, system/data checks fault-finding and resolution, managing user access.
- Support others using systems – e.g. designing and delivering training and producing user guides.
- Work with intranet/internet technology as required.
- Support HR colleagues in ensuring a high level of data quality on the HRIS
Management Information
- Support reporting and measurement activity across the whole range of HR activity.
- Advise HR colleagues and continuously improve with them the reporting and measurements in line with the HR Performance Model e.g. Dashboard Reporting.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requirements positively and with due regard to time to ensure delivery.
- Action defined reporting at set times throughout the year ensuring deadlines are met wherever possible.

Required Experience
- Experience in HR technology project and services delivery
- Experience in process and service improvements
- Experience and knowledge of working to processes and in line with process methodology.
- Advanced experience working with HR systems – e.g. reporting, configuration management, supporting others.
- Experience with SuccessFactors or similar environment is a must
- Intranet/Internet (e.g. SharePoint) experience desirable
